A Buyer's Agent and Accredited Buyer’s Agent is a specially trained Real Estate Agent who exclusively represents you, the home buyer.
Many people are reluctant to call a Buyer's Agent because they mistakenly think it will cost them money. This is certainly not true in our case. A Buyer's Agent usually receives a percentage of the same seller-authorized commission that is offered across the board to any agent who brings a buyer that ultimately decides to purchase a MLS listed home. Occasionally, there may be times when it is in the buyer's best interest to pay us directly, in which case we will discuss this with you and proceed only with your permission.
