Many people are reluctant to call an Exclusive Buyer's Agent because they mistakenly think it will cost them money. This is certainly not true in our case. Our fee is almost always paid by the seller when negotiating for a for-sale -by-owner property or in escrow by the pre-negotiated seller paid commission.
